With the concept of the Sõrmuse terraced houses, we have remained within the limits of expediency while creating something completely unique using small details. The design takes into account the location of the surrounding nature and the terraced houses have been placed in relation to cardinal directions, in order to ensure a lot of daylight and good energy efficiency levels. Row house boxes have a pleasant 3m floor to ceiling height and are bright. The colour scheme of the facades is modest and smoother with nature. The interior can be described by light tones and natural textures, which helps to create a sense of comfort.

The terraced houses are designed with energy-recovery ventilation, heat pump heating and high-quality insulation, which are all things that characterize modern housing. Local wood and other environmentally friendly materials have been used in the finishing of facades.

Along with terraced houses, a kindergarten, a large sports field and a park with walking trails will also be built. In the interior of the quarter there are lighted light traffic roads.
